Postcards from Suffolk

Hello again dear readers.......back here again to share with you some pictures from our little holiday in suffolk last week......i took my stargazer quilt and got some pictures among the boats at aldeburgh.....the pattern for this quilt is in my etsy shop link in sidebar.....
.....we love exploring the british coastline but have never been to suffolk before......
....we visited southwold and aldeburgh, walberswick and thorpeness, saw sutton hoo and other places of interest.....the pictures of the fishing boats are from aldeburgh.....
........some of my little fish inspired by other seaside visits......the pattern for these is in my etsy shop link in sidebar....
.....so many pretty seaside cottages......love the colours of the one below.....
........and this one too.....gorgeous cottage garden.....
.........we stayed in the cottage below, in the countryside......it was very pretty and had some very low doorways........
.........the view all around was of green fields of crops and blue skies......
.......and there were scented roses round the door.........
......it was interesting to see more of the east coast (we live on the north west coast) and to explore places we have only heard about.....
......we're both always very happy beside the sea........hope you've enjoyed my suffolk scenes today.....i might include a few more pictures in future posts too.........
.......thank you for dropping by and for the kind comments you leave me........wishing you a happy week ahead....take care lovelies..............peace and love .....back soon xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The cottages with flowers look dreamy! I've never been to the British coast, but have always wanted to go. Thank you for sharing. 😊

England is full of charm in every corner, it seems! Love the photos, especially the quilt alongside the fishing boats. I'm glad you had a good holiday.
