Flower Gardens

Hello again lovely readers......back today with some flowery pictures.....
.........garden flowers in a flowery jug, with flowery quilts.........so much floral love......
..........the little vintage mustard pot here has my first sweet pea posy of the year.........
.........i made a flowery vintage tote bag recently from tilda floral scraps.........
.........here it is on the white picket fence with the cottage garden flowers peeking through.....a very useful bag as well as being pretty......the vintage tote bag pattern is in my etsy shop link in sidebar......
.........when we were in suffolk we visited the gorgeous helmingham hall gardens......the hall dates back to 1480 and has a moat and two drawbridges, both have been pulled up every night since 1510......

..........the gardens were a lovely mix of formal but natural........so many pretty vistas and surprises as we wandered round......
...........and a very peaceful historic atmosphere........
...........blue skies and sunshine helped........and the scent of honeysuckle and roses on the air.....
............home again now and we found all the roses in flower in our own garden.....here's the potting shed looking engulfed by candy pink roses........
......and on the cottage garden arch these sweet scented white climbing roses in full flower....

........have been busy sewing since we got back as well as gardening and will have lots of new things to show you in the coming weeks..........thank you for dropping by to my little blog space dear readers and for the kind comments you take the time to leave...........wishing you a happy sunny flowery week ahead lovelies.............peace and love.................back soon xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

So many beautiful flowers everywhere. Love how your garden shed looks between the soft roses. Lovely scenes and your tote bag is especially pretty with those tilda fabrics. Have a lovely week, Helen!
