Bright and Cosy

Hello again dear blog friends.....we have some bright and colourful pictures today to lighten the darker days......this is a tiny cupboard which i decided to use for some tiny quilts....
........and a couple of fabric geese too......
.......they prefer the door open.....
......lots of tiny patchwork here, especially this little postage stamp quilt which i made a few years ago  for a little toy's bed that my small grand daughter used to love playing with....
.........making mini quilts is enjoyable and quick....
.........below is a little bag made from one of my favourite pam kitty morning fabrics....
........and pam kitty morning took part in my blog tour recently....you can see her beautiful makes and read her sweet post here....you can also visit some other talented bloggers who took part and wrote a review on their blogs: what saysie makes here, molly and mama here and thimbleanna here....thank you all xxx
........another bright little floral quilt stack......and below two of the tiny log cabin quilts....
........here are a trio of bunnies snuggled beneath one of the log cabin quilts.....they kept their cardies on too....
..........this month is 100 years since the birth of rupert bear so we had to have a picture of him here....this is one of a set of picture blocks made for me by fee at chipper nelly a long time ago.....
.......it's been a busy time with work things and jobs around the house and garden, planning for christmas which we may or may not have in the usual way...thinking about gifts and even making a few....and thinking about baking a nice cake for hubby's birthday next week :).....

........thank you for coming to see me here dear readers and for your lovely comments.....hope you are keeping safe and well and enjoying some crafty inspirations......take care lovelies...back soon xxxxxxx

I love the chicken wire doors.
Years ago in a magazine, I saw an entire kitchen with chicken wire painted white on all the upper cabinet doors.

These pics always brighten my day. Love the cute geese in your quilt cupboard - and such beautiful quilts. Especially love the log cabin doll quilts and your cute bunnies. Yes, a little snowy here at the moment, but it is supposed to warm up again. Looking forward to that. Have a lovely day, Helen!

Dear Helen: I always like your sweet closing words. The postage patchwork and the tiny log cabin quilts are so cute, and the blue gingham goose has a style of its own. I will explore the blog hop links. Alexine

Hello dear Helen, I enjoyed this post, I love the bunnies, the little quilts and the stuffed geese.. especially the bunnies in bed with their cute little knitted sweaters. I have to tell you that when I saw your Cornishware mug I went straight to eBay and ordered a darling vintage cup.. but now I realize I need a saucer for it! LOL! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
