Helen, I find your work so enchanting. The colors you use cheer me on a gloomy day. Great minds think alike, I purchased tulips this past weekend and I'm hopeful for spring. I do find that the winter weather is very productive to getting craft projects going. Have a wonderful week and than you so much for your wonderful blog.
ReplyDeleteOh I love to see all your little creatures Helen...that little mouse looks very comfy indeed and all those little bunnies are so cute all squeezed in together. :)
ReplyDeleteLovely to see the tulips as well!
Happy new week,
V x
I love the little bunnies and doll, they look so sweet and cozy tucked into bed together. The tulips are lovely - I believe I will buy some soon - we've had two snows so far this winter, hoping that's all there will be. Thankful for a warm house and cozy throws and good books to read. Thanks for sharing the cuteness with us on your blog.

Love those gorgeous sweet pictures of the toys, especially the ones tucked up in the warm

Helen,
ReplyDeleteLove your pink tulips, they bring a welcome touch of spring into the home. Fresh flowers are a favorite of mine, and I am in the habit of buying a bouquet about every two weeks to brighten my kitchen table. I am looking forward to the day I can cut some of my own again.
What can I say but "Wow" to all your sweet little creations for the "wee" ones. I am sure they are well loved.
Thank you for sharing.

How cosy your little mice look!
ReplyDeleteYou are one busy lady!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you have the tulips to brighten your day.
It's been grey and gloomy here today too, Helen, but your post has certainly brightened the day. Those little toys look so comfy and cozy tucked up in bed with their own little quilts and blankets.
ReplyDeleteYour home always looks so pretty, i am sure any child will find plenty of things to delight them. x

Just what I needed to cheer me up lieing in bed trying to get my strength back. I love your photos with all the sweet things! I'm not sure if we ever spoke about those little suitcases? I have a small collection now and it began with that same red you have. Then my friend bought the same and now we collect them together, so fun. Best wishes! Teje
ReplyDeleteAlways beautiful pictures of your creations mixed with flowerand happy life!!
ReplyDeleteOh Helen, your world full of pretty colors, cute handmade rabbit, candy toned quilts and crochet.. sure do please my eye. I am crossing my fingers to win your giveaway! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteYour photos are such a joy to the eye. Every time I look I see something different. The colours are so cosy especially this time of year.
ReplyDeleteLove the way you play with fabric and colors....
ReplyDeleteLovely little bunnies such a good idea to use up wool in their crochet blankets, my beautiful new Great Grandaughter would love them.
ReplyDeleteSuch a delight to behold! All the sweet bunnies tucked under the pretty quilts! Love seeing peeks of your cupboards, chairs and tables and all a nice bright white. The tulips are lovely and love the color. My meager budget doesn't allow me to buy flowers, but I have my bright fabrics and papers to cheer me, and my craft room is a bright yellow which helps on the dim dreary gray days. Marilyn
ReplyDeleteMy ancestors came from Ireland and Scotland, but through Swedish and Finnish friends here in America, I’ve come to love the simplicity of WHITE plus cheery pastels that you so frequently use in your art. It must take the gloom and darkness out of the short days of winter! Our winters in Northern California USA are very short compared to many places in the world, but I would love just one room like yours to soak in the light on these short, dark days! Your granny square afghan is so pretty—my grandmother made many of those, but with black borders.
ReplyDeleteYou're such a busy lady and yet you have the time to share all your lovelies with us - much appreciated. :)
ReplyDeleteYou have a new grand baby to love! How wonderful. I'm sure the handmade little guy will be much loved. And I can see why the little girls are in love with your handmade dolls and mice families! I'm enchanted and I am a bit beyond middle age!
ReplyDeleteI love your tulips--I saw them on Instagram. I need some of them, pink and white would be perfect--as a pick me up!!
Cold, rainy, foggy and windy here in Chicago. Home after ten days at the lake with just my dogs. Same weather, but we were very cozy!

A sight for sore eyes... your lovely crafts are just such a treat in this gloomy time of the year! Beautifully done, Helen. You have been so busy! With Easter creeping up on us fast, I will have to be getting my bunnies finished up.

What beautiful spring like pictures in spite of this grey weather we are having! Thank you ! And I’m looking forward to seeing your next projects. What a busy bee 🐝 you are! How lovely, 😊 Gailx
ReplyDeleteYour post is infinitely cheering on a grey and stormy day here on the west coast of Canada. Sweet little creatures are surely beloved by little ones who come to visit. Enjoy the commission work!
ReplyDeleteSo good to look at all your beautiful things in bright colors. Reminds me about spring coming. Thank you for brightening up my day!
ReplyDeleteDelicious little treats all round - love them all, and always so colourful and cheery. Your little mouse tucked up made me smile, and thought about real ones nibbling seeds form a box, such a charming distraction. Pink tulips in your pretty teapot are gorgeous XXX
ReplyDeleteThe grass under the snow here is still green. Temperatures were so warm before the cold began, the lawn didn't have a chance to fade. When the snow melts, it looks like Spring outdoors!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. You are so talented to make such beautiful things. You make My Mondays so much brighter.
ReplyDeletethose bunnies all tucked in, melt me.
ReplyDeleteAdorable toys Helen. It must be so nice to give them to happy faces. Jo x
ReplyDeleteI love seeing all your creations Helen. I bet they feel most comfortable in your home with such a large array of quilts for them to snuggles under! x
ReplyDeletePure talent Helen.Great creation!
