Cosy Days

Hello again everyone.......back today with a cosy post........the storms have been raging in parts of the uk this week but we have been lucky here and not had too much wild weather.......
...........i used these sweet belle and boo autumn fabrics to make some dottie drawstring bags (pattern in my etsy shop link in sidebar)........
.........we have made it cosy here this week with candles, fires lit, making soup and lots of hot drinks........
............this is my redwork berries pincushion with my vintage charm quilt (both patterns also in my etsy shop as before).........
.........enjoying lots of hand quilting at the moment........it's nice to do while chatting with family and friends.....my sweet granddaughter daisy stayed over this week and it was lovely to spend some time with her......
.........we had some lovely autumn walks and enjoyed the bright autumn light.........
.............getting out all the fabric pumpkins and autumn quilts.........
............and spying berries while we're out and about.........beautiful pink ones.......
.............garden shrub berries in front of the picket fence........
...........and lovely hedges full...........such a gorgeous time of year in nature........
......whenever my husband is out walking he looks for interesting mushrooms for me and takes a pic, like the one below.......there are many different kinds of fungi where we live, but rarely the dramatic red and white spotted toadstools...but we keep looking :).............

..............thanks for dropping by dear readers and for the kind comments and notes you leave x.....always a pleasure to hear from you...........hope you have a happy week ahead........take care lovelies..........peace and love............back soon xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Love all your pretty autumn makes Helen.
So many pretty berries, I especially love the pink ones .... I can never find the red spotty mushrooms either.
How lovely having your granddaughters company this week. :)
Happy weekend lovely,

Beautiful fabric prints for the season
Berries as prints always melt the heart.

How cozy and seasonal your projects and photos are. The red spotted mushrooms are fun to spot, but can be elusive.

I really like all the drawstring bags you make and your choice of fabrics. As always your outdoor photos are lovely and agree that the autumn colours are particularly beautiful.
