Merry Christmas

It's a sunny and bright Christmas Eve here and i wanted to show you some christmassy pictures....
..........my cross stitch signs are kept from year to year and i am planning lots more this coming year....this is my shaker horse from the old shaker shop and my little quilt cupboard.....
.........wrapping presents for the family......some posted in a big parcel....some to be opened in the garden, socially distanced.......
........candles and coffee to accompany the wrapping....
.......using my heartstrings quilt....
.........one of my favourites...pattern in my etsy shop.......as is the pentagon ball ornament pattern used below....
....these are really fun to make and to choose fussy cut fabrics for....
....love adding little hand embroidery stitches too and appliqué....
....so many different ones to make...it can be quite addictive....
.......the santa sign is up....and the second try with the reindeer decorative rolling pin worked much better....
......this time i chilled the dough first for 30 minutes, then rolled it out, cut out the biscuits and then chilled them again for 30 minutes.....even if the pattern did disappear the first time they still tasted yummy :)....

thank you for visiting me here dear readers.....i wish you a peaceful and happy christmas time whatever your circumstances are....hope you enjoy some magic and even though we can't all be together this year ....all hearts come home for christmas....take care, stay safe and well lovelies and MERRY CHRISTMAS xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
