I love all those pretty hexies Helen ... very festive looking.
ReplyDeleteA little something extra for your fudge ... I sometimes add some chopped pistachios, they make it look even more Christmassy and taste good! You have reminded me I must get some candy canes!
Carpet is going down here as I type, nearing the end, fingers crossed!!!
Have a great week, I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to faffing again. :)

Helen,
ReplyDeleteIt looks as if you have a good head start on your Christmas preparations. I love all the red and white fabrics for your little hexies, and I am happy for the reminder to make some peppermint bark.
I am working on gifts for my three daughters and want to begin a new quilt top with my Kaye England fabric called Amorette, but need to stay focused on tasks at hand.
Thank you for sharing such festive photos.

Yum ...I remember that recipe from Vivienne some years back Helen and I agree it is totally delicious. It's looking so festive over at yours, perfect Christmas colours. Hugs xxx
ReplyDeleteYour hexies look very pretty! I've just plucked up the courage to start some too, mine are in shades of blues.
ReplyDeleteThe peppermint bark sounds delish....so Christmassy :)
Ohh.. a look-about on your blog is very festive! I've been writing Christmas cards all day, so I'm in the holiday mood, too. Our tree is up and sparkling with white lights, now I just have to decorate it. My holly tablecloth is on and my wooden Christmas candle carousel is on the table, new candles put in. Enjoy this season! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteSweet post! The hexies look like cookies. :)

ReplyDeleteLooks like you've done a lot of preparation for Christmas. I like all the red and white fabrics in your little hexagon. I'm making gifts for my sisters and knitting scarves for them. My mom wants to receive a skirt and share it with you in the shop below.
